  • VFD supply, installation, and commissioning (Danfoss, ABB, Siemens, Schneider Electric)
  • Custom control panel manufacturing (MCC, APFC, PLC panels)
  • End-to-end industrial automation engineering and 24/7 breakdown support

We serve industries including automotive, food & beverage, water treatment, pharmaceuticals, cement, textiles, oil & gas, and power generation across Chennai and across India.

6.2 Technology Principals

As an authorised dealer for Siemens, ABB, Danfoss, Delta, and Schneider Electric, we may share relevant project data with these manufacturers in the context of technical support, warranty claims, or authorised product registrations, as necessary.

6.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of IIC, our clients, or the public.

6.4 Business Transfer

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, personal data held by us may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to equivalent privacy protections.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable laws and accounting obligations. Specifically:

  • Client project data and correspondence: retained for a minimum of 7 years from project completion (in line with Indian accounting and contract law)
  • Enquiry and quotation records: retained for up to 2 years
  • Job application records (unsuccessful applicants): retained for up to 6 months after the process concludes
  • Website analytics data: retained in aggregate or anonymised form

Once data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:

  • Erasure – request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary or where consent is withdrawn
  • Withdraw consent – where processing is based on consent, withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing
  • Nominate – nominate an individual to exercise your data rights in the event of your death or incapacity (as provided under DPDPA)
  • Grievance redressal – raise a complaint with our Data Protection Officer or with the Data Protection Board of India
